​Our induction programme includes:

• Level 3 Award in Principles of Safeguarding and Protecting Children, Young People and      Vulnerable Adults

• PRICE – Positive Approaches to Challenging Behaviour

• Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work

• Medication

In addition to this we provide further learning in areas such as Attachment and Therapeutic Parenting, Mental Health, Missing from Care, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Psychological First Aid and many more.

PRICE Training provides training and support that seeks to build workforce confidence through knowledge, skills and effective techniques that promote a restraint reduction culture.

From a trauma informed perspective, PRICE Training recognises that positive relationships play an important part of the healing process as well as helping build resilience, confidence and happiness for those in receipt of services; all the essential ingredients for individuals to thrive.
